Key Responsibilities

  • Handling end-to-end recruitment activities for hiring of pilots.
  • Developing pipeline strategies and executing recruitment and staffing plans to attract and hire talents, whilst ensuring candidates meet our requirements.
  • Work closely with our Flight Operations division on manpower planning requirements to meet our operational needs within timeline.
  • Review of processes to streamline and digitalise workflow to minimize time to hire while ensuring positive candidate experience.


Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or relevant fields, with more than 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or sourcing role.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment with high volume recruitment.
  • Knowledge of local pilot license regulations (CAAS) would be advantageous.
  • Excellent writing, communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience in hiring in overseas market is an advantage. Willing to do some overseas travel for work.
